Halite is the mineral form of sodium chloride,NaCL,also known as rock salt.Halite forms isometric crystals.This rock is found throughout America and Canada.

Amber is left over from fossil tree resin.It is used to construct ornamental objects.It is quite a fragile rock.

.VOLCANIC PLUMES.

A mantle plume is an upwelling of abnormally hot rock within the earths mantle.They are thought to be the cause of volcanic centers known as hotspots.

Earthquakes are sudden and happen without warning.They are a very destructive force,often destroying buildings and killing people.An earhquake is a sudden release of force from the earths crust,that is what causes an earthquake.The vocal point of an earthquake is the epicenter.

A Tsunami is a series of waves that is created when a large volume of a body of water,such as an ocean,is rapidly displaced.

There ar numerous causes to start off a Tsunami such as Earthquakes, Volcanic eruptions and other underwater explosions.Landslides and asteroid impacts.The effects of a Tsunami can be devestating leaving people with out homes and for some with out their lifes destroying villages and cities a like.
